UNIBIC Foods has announced the appointment of Naveen Pandey as Managing Director. Pandey will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and growth journey of the company.
Pandey has over two decades of senior management experience in the Indian FMCG space. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, Pandey has worked successfully with corporate giants such as PepsiCo and Asian Paints. His last assignment before joining UNIBIC was as Head of Marico’s New Foods business unit, where he led the start-up team to launch category-defining products such as saffola honey, saffola Mealmaker and Immuniveda.
Commenting on the development, Sandeep Reddy, Chairman of the Board of UNIBIC, said: “We believe that the experience that Naveen brings to the table would strengthen UNIBIC’s already impressive track record of delivering innovative products and help the company to follow a linear growth path. .
