The new product innovation marks the introduction of watermelon seed flour into the cookie category. Watermelon Seed Flour not only helps create the light and deliciously crispy texture of Sweet Thins, but is also packed with protein, healthy fats, and micronutrients. Another key ingredient, coconut sugar, delivers perfect sweetness at 7g per serving.
