Milk & Honey recruits its first global Creative Director

LONDON – Milk & Honey PR has appointed its first global creative director, hiring Ottilie Ratcliffe, former creative director of The Romans, as a partner.

Ratcliffe will lead the creative production of the fast growing agency from its bases in the UK, US and Australia, with a mission to grow Milk & Honey’s offering and capabilities internationally. His arrival comes after several conquests of creative accounts for the agency B Corp, which now has a team of 40 people after 18 new hires this year and its expansion in New York.

Milk & Honey CEO and Founder Kirsty Leighton said, “Ottilie brings a perfect missing piece to Milk & Honey that we have been looking for for some time now. As Europe’s fastest growing agency, we need a Creative Director who can keep up with our pace with brilliant ideas, creative genius and an embodiment of our values.

“His work with The Romans has absolutely been a game-changer, and as an agency looking to raise the bar in our industry, we couldn’t be happier to have him on the team.”

With over 11 years in the industry, Ratcliffe’s work includes Eve Sleep’s Refuse to Snooze series, a nine-minute podcast designed to replace the snooze button; Ella’s Kitchen “Munchy Trunks”, an eating book to promote healthy eating and early childhood sensory development; Method’s Drag Cleans, a series of live shows that challenge gender stereotypes; and campaigns around sustainability and social justice for OVO Energy and Ben & Jerry’s.

Ratcliffe, who is also president of the PRCA Creative Group, said: “The PR industry is changing, and it’s companies like Milk & Honey that are going to be leaders in this area for their true commitment. first class. and people. The team, the work and the clients are amazing and I am so excited for the agency at this pivotal time in their growth. “

In August of this year, Milk & Honey became an employee-owned business. Other recent senior hires include Alex Annable to lead DE&I.
