On November 21st, Michelin unveiled its second edition of the Fujian guide, showcasing a vibrant dining scene that blends tradition and innovation. This year, the guide includes Ningde alongside Fuzhou, Xiamen, and Quanzhou, featuring 96 restaurants across these cities.

- One MICHELIN Star: Two new restaurants earned this prestigious award: Qing You Yu in Quanzhou and Hatter in Fuzhou.
