Indian Railways is bidding farewell to the outdated ICF coaches and embracing the LHB coaches, which are a German-designed, Indian-manufactured marvel. That's a significant leap from the older ICF coaches' 140 kmph.

In a move to enhance safety and comfort, the Central Railway has decided to permanently replace conventional coaches with LHB coaches on the following 8 trains:
- CSMT - Chennai Express (22157)
- Chennai - CSMT Express (22158)
- Pune - Veraval Express (11088)
- Veraval - Pune Express (111087)
- Pune - Bhagat ki Kothi Express (11090)
- Bhagat ki Kothi - Pune Express (11089)
- Pune - Bhuj Express (11092)
- Bhuj - Pune Express (11091)
And that's not all; the LHB coaches will also be introduced on another 8 trains, making a total of 16 trains with this upgrade. The full list includes popular routes like Pune-Ahmedabad and Kolhapur-Nagpur.
