A family business, a global impact: my story of resilience and success
This company, my lifelong companion, was born from my parents' hard work in 1997. What started as a humble family workshop has now grown into a thriving enterprise with over a century of employees. But the real heroes are our employees: their dedication paid off. Salaries rose by 10% this year, far exceeding the industry average. Some will see raises of 20%, and a few lucky ones, up to 50%.
